Litigation Disclosure: JUWELIS Digital Systems AG Exposes Hidden Facts
A series of disputes, which were hidden from us at the time of our investment in 2021, have recently come to light, revealing a troubling scenario involving Zeniq Technologie, hubs distributor Safir, and JUWELIS Digital Systems AG. The light is now shed through our website, as well as the official JUWELIS Digital Systems website, which I strongly urge you to visit.
Here is a chronological summary of key events, with a focus on the recent ordinance:
1. February 4, 2022: A hearing was held at the Graz Regional Court, during which VouGee's application against JUWELIS for an injunction to remove and stop publication in relation to VouGee on our website was rejected.
2. March 30, 2022: The Graz Higher Regional Court once again rejected VouGee's request for a temporary injunction, confirming the validity of our declarations.
3. April 19, 2022: JUWELIS brought an action for damages against VouGee before the District Court of Wollerau, Switzerland, following the failure of out-of-court negotiations.
4. February 1, 2022: The court authorized JUWELIS to sue VouGee for damages.
5. December 12, 2023: A settlement agreement is reached between VouGee and JUWELIS, with an agreed payment to be made by January 31, 2024.
6. February 20, 2024: Having failed to receive the agreed payment, JUWELIS obtains an Austrian enforcement order against VouGee GmbH, enabling it to take steps to seize the debtor's assets.
